Sometimes you walk into a place and immediately realize you’re in the hands of people who genuinely care, and that is exactly how I feel about this dental office. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. Every single person was amazing, and the level of care, kindness, and professionalism I experienced was truly exceptional.

The dentist was absolutely incredible! The quality of the work was outstanding, and the care and attention to detail were beyond what I could have hoped for. It’s so reassuring to know you’re being cared for by someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely wants the best for their patients.

The entire team made such a positive impression, and their kindness and dedication deserve to be recognized. It’s not every day you come across a group of people who make such a difference through both their skill and the way they treat others.

Exceptional work, an amazing dentist, and a truly outstanding team. I am beyond grateful for the care I received and cannot recommend this office enough. I needed an emergency appointment. They got me in immediately, the entire staff was very friendly. As someone who has severe anxiety over dentist office, I was put to ease and felt very comfortable. Everyone in the office is kind and friendly
My dental hygienist  is gentle and caring.
Best hygienist  I have ever had.

I called on Monday morning and left a message about a crown in my mouth being loose. I got a call back within an hour and was scheduled for an appointment the next morning. After the exam, the Dentist remove the crown, cleaned out all of the decay and cavity made the new crown and I was out of there within a couple hours. I am very grateful for the care Parkway Dental gives to its patients. I called on a Thursday with a swollen gum. Thankfully, Ashley scheduled me in that morning & I saw Dr. Pagano who found a fractured abcessed tooth. I had no pain & no idea that was the problem. The infection was why my gum was swollen. Dr. Pagano, assisted by Gracie, pulled my tooth. The surgery went well & a week later, I'm feeling great. Annie called the next day to make sure I was doing fine. I had a great experience during my visit to Parkway Family Dental. Ashley at the front desk made a great first impression with her warm smile and positive personality. The dental team took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I was having issues with an old crown and needed it fixed. After calling a few dentists, Parkway was able to get me in the soonest. I did contemplate reaching out to other dental offices to see if I could get one sooner. After much contemplation I decided to stick with Parkway.

I am so, so glad I didn't keep searching for an earlier appointment somewhere else. Dr Winschel is amazing! He is very personable and has good positive energy. He did an incredible job on my new crown. It looks and feels great! If it falls off tomorrow, which I'm confident it won't, I would not be upset in the slightest.

With that being said, I am not the person who runs to doctors and dentists, for any reason. So Father willing, the next time I see Dr Winschel, hopefully it is at the grocery store, or something to that effect.
